Delivery Structure

Jmart will try to despatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being received, however this may not always be possible, due to unforeseen events such as temporarily being out of stock. Therefore please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

We are currently using local couriers who deliver the day after dispatch, leaving a card if there is no-one in, they will require a signature on delivery unless instructed otherwise it is therefore important to provide us with a manned address for delivery or instructions.

Should your order be returned to us undelivered, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee for sending the goods out a second time.

Postage and Packing costs

Our postage and packing charges work on a weight sliding scale; in an attempt to pass any savings we may receive onto our customers. This scale is designed to work on current postage charges - the heavier an item or items are, the more it will cost for delivery. The postage you will be charged on an order can be viewed in your shopping basket.

Jmart may offer free postage on some items or orders over a certain value occasionally. Should these orders be returned to us for reasons other than a fault, Jmart reserve the right to charge a handling fee of £6.00GBP per consignment, to cover administration costs.
